"The woman at window 6 was a true misery. These ppl are processing applicants and they just yell at them. These folks are already going through a hard time in life. How does yelling at them help them? If you hate your job, QUIT! Some of these ppl probably used the system at least once in their life and if not them someone immediate in family. May those throwing stones get what they deserve. She was a horrible person that woman at window 6. The others sitting by too. Disgusting."

"There’s something about window #6. That window needs to be SAGED ASAP like how people saged MSG. The gentleman working there is rude as hell, kept on telling me to listen to him when he did not even take time to LISTEN to me. I got to the 4th floor at 9am and these staff be taking their sweet time wiping down their keyboards for 15 minutes while the waiting room is packed with people who been lining up outside the building since I don’t know when. For what? I don’t know. I’m sure they won’t even lay an eye on the reviews or the ratings but that whole floor needs to be replaced."

"One of the worst office I have ever visited, I can’t believe this is their customer service from Medicaid floor 4, window L number 6. Around 9am on 7/7/26. Lady was rude, terrible customer service, did not help. Misbehave with few people before me. I don’t know how people like this still have a job…"
